Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook purchases made through DocsComrade.net are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

You received a corrupted file and the issue isn’t resolved within 48 hours of reporting.

You were charged multiple times for the same product.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please email help@docscomrade.net within 3 days of your purchase.

Once the refund is approved , amount will be credited back to the original payment gateway within 3-5 business days . 

No Refunds For:

Accidental purchases

Download issues caused by your internet connection or device

Change of mind
